3lb. Hamburger
13oz. Can evaporated milk
2 Cups Oats
2 TBS Chili Powder
2 Eggs
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 tsps. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper

Sauce
2 Cups Ketchup
2 TBS Liquid Smoke
1 Cup Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hamburger, oats, onion, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, & chili powder. Roll into 1/3 cup size balls and put in a 9x13 baking pan.

Sauce: Mix together ketchup, liquid smoke & brown sugar in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until brown sugar dissolves. Pour sauce over meatballs evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

You can make the meatballs smaller sizes for an appetizer. If you don't have time to make the meatballs from scratch, buy a bag of frozen Italian meatballs, make the sauce from scratch, and put them in a crock pot on low for a couple of hours. This is a family favorite.
