2-3 lb. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cp. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Pillsbury pastry sheets for pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place one pastry sheet in deep dish pie plate. Melt butter in medium bowl in microwave. Place peaches in bowl. Mix Sugar, flour, cornstarch and cinnamon together and pour over peaches. Stir and pour into pie shell. Top with other pastry sheet and crimp edges of crusts together. Put about 6 slits in top of crust, spread a few pats of soft butter over crust and sprinkle with sugar. Place on baking sheet in oven and bake for 45 min. Allow to cool before slicing.
