1 pint fresh peeled and sliced peaches
1 cp. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
3/4 cp. sugar
1 small box peach Jello
1 baked pie shell
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water and cornstarch in medium saucepan. Add sugar and syrup. Bring to low boil, stirring constantly. Cook 4 min. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Mix until dissolved and fold in peaches. Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip.
