2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. orange peel
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 c. ground walnuts


Glaze:

3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 T. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Grease cake pan (bundt or 9x13). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first six ingredients. Beat margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Stir in zucchini, orange peel and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients, milk and nuts; alternately. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour for bundt or 35 to 40 minutes for 9x13 pan. If bundt, let cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Add glaze.
