2 lbs. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1 lb. pork sausage
3/4 cup chopped onion
5 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Spread potatoes in bottom of 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Cook sausage and onion until sausage is browned. Drain well. Whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with half the cheese, all of the sausage and then the remaining cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350ºF, covered, for 60 minutes. Uncover and bake until a knife inserted near center comes out clean, about 5 to 10 minutes more. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
