12 sausage links, cooked and chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese, divided
1 cup Bisquick biscuit mix
1 tsp. cumin
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
8 large eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sausage, bell pepper, green chilies and 1 cup of cheese in bottom of 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish. Combine baking mix and cumin. Add milk and mix until blended. Stir in sour cream and eggs, mixing until blended. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
