Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ziti noodles
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 lb. ground beef (chop meat)
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (grated)
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF. Start boiling water in a large pot with salt and vegetable oil to prevent the noodles from sticking. In a separate, bowl mix the ricotta cheese and egg with a whisk and set aside. Next, add the ground beef to a pan and cook it until it is browned. Once it is browned, remove it from the pan and set it aside. By this time the water should be boiling, and you can add the ziti noodles to the water. Cook them for 10-12 minutes and then drain and set aside. Now it is time to start assembling the ingredients. Put ½ of the spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a large casserole pan and cover it with half of the ziti noodles. Add all of the ground beef, all of the ricotta cheese mixture, and most of the mozzarella cheese on top of the noodles. Cover this with the rest of the noodles, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Put the rest of the noodles on top and cover them with the rest of the sauce and mozzarella cheese. Mix it up so it is not layered if desired. Bake at 350 ºF for about 30 minutes, or until it is bubbly on the sides of the top.
