CREAM TOGETHER:

1/2 cup shorting
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs

ADD:
1/2 cup drained pineapple ( crushed)
1 teas. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking power
3 cups flour
1/2 cups walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon onto a cookie sheet.......sprinkle the powered sugar on top of the cookie

Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes

This was always a special cookie that my grandma always had around...one of my favorite because I always knew that they were made with LOVE!!
