1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
2-1/2 cups frozen hash browns
1-1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped green onions, include tops
1-3/4 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
4 large eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and onion in skillet until sausage is fully cooked; drain. Mix together sausage mixture, potatoes, green onion and 1 cup cheese in a greased 10 inch pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400ºF, uncovered, for 40 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake about 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
