12 Slices Bacon - cooked and crumbled
1 Cup Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup onion *if desired
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
salt and pepper as desired

Preheat oven to 400'
Grease 9 in pie pan
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into pan
Beat remaining ingredients in bowl and pour into pie pan
Bake 35- 40 min or until knife comes out center clean.
