3/4 lb 85% ground beef
1/4 lb ground pork
1 c bread crumbs
1/2 c romano cheese
1 T parsley
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 c mill
2 eggs
salt/pepper
onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with hands. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet (not touching). Bake 45 min - 1 hr at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and unstick from pan.

Makes 8-10 dozen, can freeze in airtight container
