1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate melted
2 eggs
2 cups cool whip/dairy rich/etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add cooled chocolate. Add 1 egg and beat 5 minutes. Add next egg and do the same (at high speed). Fold in 2 cups of whipped toping. Let set up and use as a pie filling. With more topping, use as a cake filling.
