3 c diced rhubarb
1 1/4 c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 T water
3 T flour
2 eggs
1 T Lemon Juice
1 9" pie shell

Directions:
Place rhubarb in pie shell
Combine sugar, salt, water flour and eggs to make smooth paste and spread over fruit

Make crumb topping of: 3 T flour, 3 T sdugar and 2 T butter

Bank 425º for 10 mins and 325 º for 30 mins
