Ingredients:  
1 box Yellow Cake mix
1 stick of butter melted.
Mix together and pat down into a glass cake pan.


Mixture:
1 box powdered sugar
1 cream cheese
3 eggs
Mix with mixer until smooth.

Directions:

Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
