2-4 skinless chicken breasts
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup chopped celery (add some of the leaves)
1 med onion, minced
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1 can of chicken broth
1/2 cup of rice
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of season salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken, seasonings and cube in saucepan with enough water to cover. Simmer about 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken and de-bone and cut into small chunks or shred.
Return to broth and add veggies and chicken broth.
Cook for about 45 min. to 1 hour.
You can add more bullion if needed or some hot sauce to flavor.
About 15 minutes before serving add rice (more water if needed).
If you want a thicker soup add some cornstarch to thicken.
