6-7 whole eggs
1 lb. grated cheese (I usually use sharp cheddar)
3 small cans chopped green chilis

Directions:

Mix all together and bake in greased quiche pan (or 1.5 qt. casserole dish). Bake at 350oF for 30-40 min. Good served with salsa.

You can substitute sliced olives, mushrooms, etc. for the chilis.

Another favorite recipe from my friend Annie Rose in Germany. I make this for every breakfast/brunch I go to! So easy and SO delicious!
