1 lb. hot bulk sausage
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Roll into walnut sized balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve while hot. Makes 48 cannon balls.
