1/2 cup butter unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder (natural unsweetened)
2 eggs
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
3.5 oz milk or dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup Nutella
24 Mini-Rolo pieces, unwrapped
Fleur de sel

Preheat your oven to 350º. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Take off the heat and stir in the brown sugar, cocoa, eggs and salt until well combined.

2. Add the baking soda, flour and stir until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Refrigerate the dough until it is firm enough to work with.

4. Take 1 heaping Tbsp of dough, use your finger and make a large indentation in the center of the dough, Fill the indentation with a small 1/2 tsp of Nutella and top it up with the Rolo mini piece. Top with a flattened tablespoon of dough, and seal the edges.

5. Sprinkle with fleur de sel and bake for 8-10 minutes,

Makes 2 dozen cookies
