1 Pound Ground Beef
½ Cup Chopped Onions
1 Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Pepper
3 Cups Diced Potatoes
Chopped Red or Green Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions; drain off fat. Add salt and pepper, potatoes, red pepper and 1 cup water; simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve with salad and garlic bread.
