1 lb. ground beef (we use lean only in our recipes)

1 package mushroom flavour ramen noodles

2 packages chicken flavour ramen noodles

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dried thyme

2 cups water

Open all 3 packages of ramen noodles. Remove seasoning packets and set aside.

Break noodles up into 1 inch chunks. Set aside

Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink, drain off fat.

Return meat to the pan and sprinkle with the seasoning packet from the mushroom flavoured ramen, sauce for 2 minutes. Remove beef from pan and set aside

In same skillet, add water and bring to a boil.

Add frozen vegetables, all of the noodles, garlic powder, thyme and the two chicken seasoning packets. Bring to a boil again then reduce heat to medium low.

Cover and gently boil for a few minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Return meat to skillet, toss together and serve.

NOTE: I like to cook my beef ahead of time and put in refrigerator and this leaves me some time at dinner as I don't always like to cook. An easy dinner should be easy.
