1 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking power
1/2 teaspoon bakingg soda
1/3 teaspoon salt
5 over ripe mashed banan
1 cup of pecans

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix sugar, eggs,oil ina large bowl.
2. Beat until throughly combined.
3. Mix dry ingredients together.
4. Blend dry ingredients into egg mixture .
5. Add bananas and pecans.
6. Mix together.
7. Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
8. Cut thru the batter with a knife
9. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes remove from oven let cool for ten minutes and remove from pan.
