8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1-2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and butter until no lumps remain. Add powdered sugar a little at a time, slowly mixing in. At the same time, add 1 tbsp. cream, salt and the vanilla, all while mixing slowly. Once it is somewhat blended, mix on high until very smooth and then add the other tbsp. of cream and blend.
