2/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter
1 (7oz) jar marshmallow cream
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 (12 oz) package semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heavily butter or grease small casserole dish. In big saucepan, over high heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir slowly with a wooden spoon until butter melts, scraping sides of pan to get all of it blended. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. After 5 minutes of this constant stirring and boiling, remove from the heat. Add chips and stir until they are fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Add marshmallow crème and stir vigorously until well blended. Add vanilla and mix well. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Let cool to room temperature OR put in fridge with saran wrap covering it until cool. Cut and serve.
