6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts OR two packs of chicken tenderloins
1/2 stick butter
3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Cut any fat off the chicken. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt butter. Mix bread crumbs and cheese in bowl or Ziploc bag. Stir mustard into melted butter. Dip chicken, one piece at a time into butter mixture, coating all sides. Then, place in crumbs and coat with that. Place on ungreased baking pan (like a cookie sheet). Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, turning chicken over once with tongs halfway through cooking. If it sticks, loosen it gently with a turner or fork.
