4 big, fresh basil leaves
4 tomatoes, sliced and drained
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pie crust (you can use thin or pat in pan-both in this book)

Optional: Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Put crust in pie pan. Mix cheeses, sour cream, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise together in a bowl. Layer tomatoes in pie pan. Sprinkle basil leaves (and bacon if you choose) between layers and top with cheese mixture. Sprinkle basil on top of this. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is bubbly. Cool slightly and serve warm.
