5 packets Knox Gelatin
2 cups cold water
2 cups sugar
4 cups cold water
30 oz. can mango pulp
1 pint of whipping cream

1. In a large pot with 2 cups of cold water, dissolve gelatin and sugar by bringing the mixture to a boil under low medium heat. Stir constantly until dissolved. After mixture comes to a boil, remove pot from burner.

2. Pour and stir 4 cups of cold water into the gelatin, sugar, 2 cups of cold water mixture in the pot.
Add and stir in the mango pulp into pot.

3. Pour and stir 1 pint of whipping cream into the pot.

4. Stir everything and mix all ingredients in the pot.

5. Pour mixture into two Tupperware molds.

Chill overnight.
