Use leftover pound cake (enough to fill a casserole dish)
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup milk

(you can add things like cinnamon, walnuts or pecans, raisins, etc if you want. I don't)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar and milk (cinnamon if desired). Layer cake cubes in casserole. Pour egg mixture over cake. Press down with a spatula. Cook at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve warm plain, or with whip cream or ice cream.

You can use any cake you want for this. I'd probably stick to pound cake, white cake or chocolate.
