1 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
10 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms, stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup half and half
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread cubes in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cooked sausage, mushrooms and cheeses. Whisk together remaining ingredients; pour over the cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350ºF, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
