1 Loaf Rhodes Bread Dough, thawed to room temperature
6 oz spaghetti, cooked
1 c thick spaghetti sauce
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 egg white
Parmesan cheese
Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper. Roll out the dough into a 12x16 inch rectangle.

2. Cook spaghetti and then drain.

3. Mix spaghetti and the sauce together.

4. Cut the mozzarella cheese into chunks.

5. Spoon spaghetti mixture lengthwise in a 4 inch strip down the center of the dough - top with mozzarella chunks.

6. Make cuts 1 ½ inches apart on the long sides of the dough to within ½ inch of the filling.

7. Start braiding by folding the strips towards the filling - braid left over right, right over left, ect... all the way down.

8. Finish the ends by pulling the strips over and tucking under the braid.

9. Brush bread with egg white and then sprinkle parsley flakes and parmesan cheese on top.

10. Bake in heated over for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
