CRUST
1 cup Flour
1/2 cup softened Butter
1/4 cup 10x/confectioners Sugar


FILLING
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp grated Lemon Zest
2 TBS Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º

Mix flour, butter and confectioners sugar and press into ungreased 8x8x2 pan, building up 1/2" edges. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes until slightly browned.

Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Pour over baked layer while still warm/hot. Bake until no indentation remains when touched in center, about 25 minutes. Cool and cut into 1 inch squares and dust with confectioners sugar.
