3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 Tbsp raspberry or strawberry jello
A few drops red food coloring (optional)
Fresh raspberries or strawberries
Baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cornstarch and the sugar together in a saucepan. Add the water and bring to a boil; let cool real well until cornstarch flavor is gone or it is clear, stirring constantly. Add the jello and stir well. Add the food coloring, if desired. Put the fresh fruit in a baked pie shell and then pour the mixture over the fruit. Refrigerate until well set. Serve with whipped cream.

Note: This can also be made with fresh peaches and orange Jell-o.
