8-10 Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut in half if large)
1 Box Ritz Crackers
6 Tablespoon Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
1 16 ounce - Sour Cream
1/2 cup Butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Skin, wash and dry chicken. Crush crackers and mix in parmesan cheese and garlic salt.
Put cracker mixture in a plastic bag. Coat chicken with sour cream. Shake in cracker mixture and put in baking dish. Pour butter over top. Bake at 350º F (180º C) for 1 hour.

I would make this dish when we had the missionaries and a Sister from our ward come over.
The Sour Cream helps to keep the chicken moist. It is fun to serve this with mashed potatoes, or
roast potatoes.
