½ c butter or margarine
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 c flour
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (double!)
1 c crisp rice cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter/margarine and shredded cheese.
Mix in flour, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Add in crisp rice cereal and mix until combined.

Roll into small balls and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Press balls lightly with a fork.

Bake at 180ºC (375ºF) until lightly browned (aprox. 12-15min)


Variation:
To make a cheese nut crisp variation, add ¼c chopped walnuts to butter before adding the rice crisp cereal.
