1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
6 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp. tomato paste (1 small can)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bunch basil, chopped
3-4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 zucchini, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place ground beef in slow cooker. Stir in tomato paste, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and spread meat out. Place layers of onions, tomatoes, basil, potatoes and finally zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle oil over top. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Remove crock from slow cooker base and remove lid. Allow to cool for 5-10 min. before serving. All you need is bread!
