1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1-1/4 cup Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Bananas, Mashed

Cream shortening with beaten eggs mixing well. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
