1 8 Oz. Pkg Cream Cheese
1 Small Clove of Garlic, Minced
1 Large Cucumber, washed, grated, unpeeled
1 Med. Onion, grated
1 Tbsp Mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mash cream cheese, add garlic, cucumber and Onion. Mix well. Stir in Mayo and chill before spreading on bread.

LaVerne removed the crust from the bread.

LaVerne was the wife of a 3rd generation Matagordian, Ray Culver. She was instrumental in starting many projects and a charter member of groups that improved and served Matagorda.

This recipe was mentioned at her funeral as being one of her best. LaVerne was truly loved by many.
