3 cps. blueberries
1 cp. sugar
2 Pillsbury pie crust sheets

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook berries and sugar until tender and juicy (until they begin to boil). Unroll one pastry sheet and place in 8x8 casserole dish or pan (since the pastry sheets are round, some will hang over the sides). pour berries into pan with pastry. Take second pastry sheet, roll out and place on top of berries, cutting slits all around top. You can also cut this sheet into strips and place strips of dough over berries. Fold overlapping dough over into pan to make thick edges around cobbler. Spread soft butter lightly over top and sprinkle with sugar. Place on large baking sheet in oven and bake for 35 min. or until crust is done in middle. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
