Ingredients:  
Pork Roast (2-3lbs) (tenderloin or shoulder)
Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Dried Cilantro
Pinch of dried oregano
1 t cumin
1 tbsp crushed garlic
15oz chicken broth
2 c water
1 jar tomatoes
1 bag of Pueblo green chilis from Perkos

Directions:
Directions:
Salt, pepper, olive oil pork- cook until you can shred it (*keep drippings) (shred)
put shredded pork into drippings, turn on heat to medium
add flour cook until a bit brown
add cilantro, oregano, cumin, garlic (cook a couple of minutes)
add chicken broth and water, tomatoes and pueblo chilis
Cook together for 15+ minutes
