4 1/2 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk



2 cubes butter or margarine
18 oz. chocolate chips (12 oz. plus 6 oz)
1 - 7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put the sugar and evaporated milk in a large, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir to keep from sticking & boil slowly for about 10 minutes. (soft ball stage).

In large separate bowl, put the butter, chocolate chips, marshmallow creme, vanilla & walnuts

Pour sugar & milk mixture over the chocolate chip mixture. Stir until dissolved. Pour into a buttered 11 x 13 inch pan & cool in refrigerator. Cut & enjoy!
