Juice of four oranges
Grated rind of one orange
One large can crushed pineapple
One small bottle maraschino cherries with juice
1 can grapefruit segments (pink is prettiest)
Juice of two lemons

2 cups of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make simple syrup using 3 1/2 cups water and 2 cups of sugar. Boil until the sugar is melted and then cool mixture.
Add to juice mixture and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Freeze. From time to time, turn the edges in. 15 minutes before you want to serve, remove from freezer and let soften. Break up and put in glasses and cover with chilled sprite or substitute. Delicious on a hot day.
