1¼ c flour
½ oleo, soft
½ c brown sugar, packed
¼ c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 egg
6 oz white chocolate coarsely chopped
7 oz macadamia nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Into large bowl, measure flour, oleo, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, salt, egg and 1 tbsp water. With mixer at low speed, beat until blended scrapping with rubber spatula. Stir in chocolate and nuts.

Drop mixture by level tbsp about 2" apart onto ungreased sheet. With pancake turner, flatten each cookie to make it 2" round. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until lightly brown. Cool on wire racks. Store in tightly covered container.
