2-8 oz packages cream chees softened
8 oz blue cheese or Gorgonzola crumbled
2 1/2 C. Sour cream divided
1/8 tsp white pepper
3 eggs
1/2 C finely chopped pecans
1/4 C minced green onion
Red bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl for electronic mixer beat cream cheese and blue cheese until light and fluffy. Mix in 1 C sour cream and white pepper. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in nuts and green onions. Pour into a 9" spring form pan. (Can use 2 smaller spring form pans). Bake at 300º for about 60 minutes until an inserted knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Carefully spread remaining sour cream over the top and return to oven for 10 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Remove sides of pan and place on platter. Decorate with flowers made of peppers and green onions. Serve with crackers.
