1 large can salmon, drained
garlic salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 cp. chopped onion
1 cp. Panko bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and oil in large skillet and sauté onion until tender. In large mixing bowl, add salmon (remove any bones and skin) and rest of ingredients. Spoon the onion into the salmon mixture, mix well and shape into patties. Add 2 Tbsp. oil into the skillet, heat and drop patties in. Cook about 4 min. on each side until golden brown. Place on paper towel lined plate to drain any grease.
