2 boxes Jiffy Corn bread mix
4 eggs
2 sticks Butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) container Sour Cream
1 (14.5 oz) can Cream Corn

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put all ingredients in a bowl, Mix until combined. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool about 10 to 15 minutes.

Tip: To prevent the eggs from curdling, add all ingredients to melted butter first, adding eggs last.
