1 3/4 cup flour

2/3 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup softened butter

2 ripe bananas mashed

2 eggs

1 cup peanut butter

GLAZE
1 1/2 cups icing sugar combined with 3 tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In another large bowl combine wet ingredients. Add flour mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour into muffin cups or loaf pan (makes 6 jumbo muffins or 1 large loaf) For jumbo muffins, bake 30 minutes and for loaf bake 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 5 mins. Remove bread and cool completely on wire rack.

Can freeze, tightly wrapped for up to one month. Before serving prepare glaze and drizzle over muffins or loaf.
