Ingredients: 4 large eggs (room temperature = leave them on the counter for a min of 1 hr) 1 cup of whole milk 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp of white flour 1 pinch of salt Sunflower oil

Directions:Preheat the oven to 370 F ( 190 Celsius)
In a large glass bowl, whisk the eggs until nice and fluffy (2 min). Add the milk and whisk. Add the flour but to avoid clumps, it's best that you sift the flour. Whisk the mixture and then add the salt. The mixture will be considered well whisk when there are no clumps in the batter.
Transfer the mixture from the bowl to a large measuring cup so that it is easier later to pour into the muffin pan.
In a 12 muffin pan, pour 2 tablespoons of oil (sunflower oil) in each muffin cup. Place the muffin pan in the oven and let the oil get hot - approx 15 min. Pull the pan out and fill with the mixture. Be careful not to spill mixture on the pan because it affects the baking of the Yorkshires. Place the pan in the oven for approx. 20 to 25 min or until the Yorkshire tops are golden. Serve warm and enjoy! |
