7 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

dash of nutmeg

1/2 cup cream

1/2 cup sugar

dash of salt

2 cups of milk

cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg. Then add milk and cream, beat good. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon on top of mixture in casserole baking dish.

Set custard mixture into another pan with water to bake.

Bake 300º until set.

This is my mother-in-law's recipe. We enjoyed going over recipes when we spent time together and talking about recipes as well as all crafting, knitting and crochet. A wonderful lady and well deserving of the total MOM.
