onion
oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In pressure cooker, put 5 T. oil and 1 chopped onion. Brown onion. Add 2" water and put in cut up potatoes and cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste. 15 pounds pressure. When whistles, medium heat 18 minutes. Before opening pan, run under cold water till "top" stops jiggling.
