1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 cucumber
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 loaf of French bread, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, dill, and lemon zest in bowl. Mix well. Cut a large cucumber into thirds crosswise. Peel, seed and grate or chop fine one section. Add to the cream cheese mixture. When ready to serve, cut the remaining cucumbers into thin slices. Slice the French bread into thin slices. To assemble, place a scoop of the cream cheese mixture onto the French bread and spread evenly. Top each slice with a cucumber slice and sprinkle a little of the dill weed on top. Serve immediately.
