4 Boned Chicken Breasts
1 Pkg.. Chicken Rice a Roni
1 Lg. Can Ripe Olive
1 Jar (6oz.) Marinated Artichoke Hearts (undrained)
1 Bunch Green Onions
1 Cup Real Mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper
½ Cup Slivered Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken Breasts with salt till tender. Remove Chicken from bone. Cook Rice a Roni according to package instruction. Mince green onions, chop artichokes and slice olives. Chop Chicken breasts. Mix all ingredients including oil from artichoke hearts. Salt and Pepper to taste. Garnish with toasted slivered almonds. Flavor improves if refrigerated for at least 24 hours.
